  • Office Help: Virgine Lawinger, Mary-Alice Martines, Joyce Guinn, Julie Enslow, and Carolyn Keith. A big thank you to Joyce Guinn for her “going the extra mile” with making sure the office hours were covered and getting the snow cleared when the staff were out of town.
  • Stand for Peace: Dennis & Karen Leyer, and Jim Martell for transporting signs & flags in Milwaukee. All the faithful Peace Action folks who stand for peace each week around the state.

Current Volunteer Needs

  • Issue Committees - Middle East, Nuclear Disarmament, Truth-in-Recruitment, Student Issues.
  • Organization Committees - Membership, Fundraising, Finance, Personnel, or specific event organizing (i.e. Mothers Day Peace Luncheon, Peace Run/Walk)
  • Office help - Put up posters/flyers, phone calls, mailings, folding correspondence, office cleaning/organizing, snow removal/grounds upkeep, computer data entry
  • Actions Volunteers - Stands for Peace, issue lobbyists, marches/rallies participants, writing letters to media and government officials.
