Frank Boyle, who convened the 1991 meeting in the State Capitol that launched the Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice, will join the April 29 celebration in Milwaukee to mark WNPJ's 20th year of working for a peaceful, sustainable world. Joining Boyle on the April 29 program will be Matt Rothschild, editor of The Progressive magazine, and Kathy Kelly of Voices for Creative Nonviolence, a two-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee, two excellent speakers with long histories of activism themselves.
The reception, with a social hour, beverages and snacks, and program, will run from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, at Mitchell Park Pavilion, 2200 W. Pierce St., Milwaukee. Please mark your calendar and join us if you can.
